Ingredients- Chicken Strips
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of breadcrumb mix
1 beaten egg
vegetable oil

1 potato

Caesar salad dressing

1. Slice the potato in thin strips and pan fry for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside after the fries have soften and crispy. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put the flour, egg and breadcrumb mix in three seperate bowls. Slice the chicken breast into strips and like an assembly line, cover each strip with flour, egg and then the breadcrumb mix. Place the chicken strips on a pan covered with wax paper. Lightly pour a bit of vegetable oil over the strips.
3. Let the chicken strips bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Prepare the caesar salad and assemble the dish.
